Testimonials:

“I have now been training with Paul Habojan for over 20 years. He is my trainer, my mentor & most importantly my friend.

I was once around 135kg, riddled with arthritis and going backwards until deciding to start classes under Paul.

4 years ago I had a double hip replacement and with Paul’s guidance and understanding, trained right up to the time of operation and within 4 weeks of having my new hips I was back learning how to get that functional movement happening again and getting fitter at the same time.

Last year he motivated & encouraged me through a training blitz which saw me shed 16kg in 40 days.

Now I hit the scales at around 98kg and have never been healthier. I am now also in that ’50 plus’ bracket and look forward to many more years with Paul in his new venture.”

I certainly don’t like the gym, but I’ve been doing a boxing class with Paul consistently for the last eight years, which means I enjoy going. I am in my early sixties and I have been able to keep my fitness level up and control my weight and Paul’s class has really helped. This has been really important as two years ago I had a total knee replacement which didn’t cause me any problems and I was back working out in a very short time.

Paul’s classes are enjoyable and varied and hopefully I’ll still be going for at least another eight years”

I joined the 50+fit boxing classes nearly 7yrs ago at the invite of one of my friends . My Parkinsons was diagnosed a bit before starting boxing and I think I’ve had the disease for over 8yrs. I’m now 74 yrs young.

There are three benefits I’ve found from the boxing sessions:

  1. Physically I’m much fitter than 7yrs back.
  2. The cognitive benefits boxing provides… clearer and quicker thought process .
  3. Social benefits… the interaction within the group and occasional social events. Good bunch and a bit of fun.   Paul, you make us all feel we are part of a family, it’s very relaxing .
  4. The Parkinsons test last week supports the benefits and improvements.
