Sessions are 7.30am every Tuesday and Thursday in the Gunnamatta Pavillion, Gunnamatta Bay, Cronulla, N.S.W.
Sessions go for 1 hour and we train – rain, hail or shine!
We cater for all levels of fitness with emphasis on improving strength, aerobic and anaerobic functionality.
We utilise dumbbells, medicine balls, flexibility stretching and boxing .
We provide Symptom Management for Parkinson’s Disease .
Weight loss and core strength are prime focus points.
Our sessions are always enjoyable.
