My passion is to see the older generation stay fit and be able to enjoy life for as long as they can. The more physically fit you are the better equipped you will be to perform everyday tasks, travel and be able to do the things you love.

Resistance (strength) training is now widely considered a useful adjunct to aerobic training in cardiac rehabilitation programmes.
